将稀土硅铁及镁硅铁合金试样用硝酸、氢氟酸溶解后,用高氯酸冒烟驱赶氟,在盐酸介质中根据钛的发射光谱特征谱线采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行测定。试验中系统考察了共存元素对测定元素的影响,不同溶样方法对测定结果影响不大,回收率实验、精密度实验和准确度实验结果表明,该方法测定结果准确可靠,与光度法的对照结果相一致。测定范围:0.30%~5.00%。
The rare earth ferrosilicon and magnesium ferrosilicon alloy samples were dissolved with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, then perchlorate with perchloric acid to drive the fluorine. In the hydrochloric acid medium, the emission spectra were characterized by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP -AES). The effects of co-existing elements on the determination of elements were systematically investigated in the experiment. Different sample-dissolving methods have little effect on the determination results. Experimental results of the recovery rate, precision experiments and accuracy show that the method is accurate and reliable. Compared with the photometric method The results are consistent. Measurement range: 0.30% ~ 5.00%.
