通过在纯镁中添加具有良好生物相容性的Zn、Mn及Ca元素,制备出Mg_((100-x-y-z))-Zn_x-Mn_y-Ca_z四元合金。采用激光共聚显微镜观察了经EIS测试后的电极表面腐蚀三维形貌。采用EIS和EN方法,得出噪声电阻Rn值大小,优选出了最佳耐蚀性能的铸态合金成分。
The Mg_ ((100-x-y-z)) -Zn_x-Mn_y-Ca_z quaternary alloy was prepared by adding Zn, Mn and Ca with good biocompatibility into pure magnesium. The three-dimensional morphology of the electrode surface after EIS test was observed by laser scanning confocal microscope. Using the EIS and EN methods, the value of the noise resistance Rn is obtained, and the optimal cast alloy composition with the best corrosion resistance is selected.
