为避免消化道大息肉内镜电凝切除时出血和穿孔,作者于1998年3月～1998年11月应用金属钛夹钳夹和息肉电凝切除相结合的方法,成功切除19例患者24枚大息肉,未发现任何并发症,现报道如下。 材料与方法 1.一般资料 19例患者,男13例,女6例,年龄18～74岁,平均48.7岁。24枚息肉中:胃息肉6枚,结肠息肉13枚,直肠息肉5枚;其中带蒂息肉13枚(头端直径≥2.5cm,蒂部直径>1cm),广基息肉11枚(直径>1cm)。
