利用不同浓度甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)溶液处理甘蓝型油菜常规品种川油20和渝黄1号选系种子,结果表明:EMS对成苗率的抑制作用随着浓度的增加而增强,浓度1.0%为半致死量。M1中出现叶片卷曲、皱缩、黄化、双茎、扁茎和植株矮化等变异性状;M2中筛选到双茎、长角、多分枝等变异性状。对M2长角果等产量性状变异株进行考察,结果表明变异株角果长度(果身和果喙)高于对照,有效分枝数、有效角果、角果粒数和千粒重高于对照,一次分枝高度低于对照。对变异株进行SSR分析表明,变异株与对照在电泳条带上表现出多态性,进一步证明了变异的真实性。
The results showed that the inhibitory effect of EMS on the seedling emergence rate increased with the increase of the concentration of Echinochloa crus-galli seedlings treated with different concentrations of ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) The concentration of 1.0% is a semi-lethal dose. Variation characteristics such as leaf curl, shrinkage, yellowing, double stems, flat stems and plant dwarfing appeared in M1. Mutant characters such as double stems, long horns and many branches were screened in M2. The results showed that the length of pod (fruit body and fruit beak) was higher than that of the control, and the number of effective branches, effective pod, pod number and 1000-grain weight were higher than those of the control. The height of one branch is lower than the control. SSR analysis of the mutants showed that the mutants and controls showed polymorphism on the electrophoresis bands, further demonstrating the authenticity of the variation.
