以枣 Ziziphus jujuba var. inermis、君迁子 Diospyroslotus和拐枣 H ovenia acerba等几种高 Vc植物为材料 ,对叶片 Vc含量及 Vc存在形态 (总 Vc、氧化型 Vc、还原型 Vc)的年变化、日变化及随叶龄的变化进行了初步的研究 .结果表明 :植物叶 Vc的年变化明显 ,枣叶 Vc累积高峰在 9月 ,君迁子叶则在 5~ 7月 ,而拐枣叶 Vc的存在形态变化极大 .植物叶 Vc亦存在日变化 ,总 Vc积累高峰时间在中午 .此外叶 Vc随叶龄不同而变化 ,一般以稳定叶中 Vc含量较高 .因此 ,对高 Vc植物 Vc含量和存在形态的变化规律的认识 ,为科学地合理加工利用植物 Vc资源提供了理论依据
The changes of Vc content and Vc (total Vc, oxidative Vc, reduced Vc) in leaves of several high Vc plants such as Ziziphus jujuba var. Inermis, Diospyroslotus and Hierone acerba were studied. , Diurnal variation and changes with leaf age were studied.The results showed that the annual variation of Vc in leaves was obvious, the cumulative peak of Vc in jujube leaves was in September, and that in Junfang leaves was in May to July, while the Vc There is a great change in plant Vc also exist diurnal variation, the total Vc accumulation peak time at noon.In addition leaf Vc varies with leaf age, generally to stabilize the leaf Vc content is higher.Therefore, the high Vc plant Vc Content and existing patterns of changes in the understanding of scientific and rational use of plant Vc processing resources provide a theoretical basis
