党的十一届三中全会以来,在各级党委、政府和上级文化主管部门的领导支持下,我县的图书馆事业蓬勃锭展,一派生机,建成了三级(县、镇、区)四类(村、厂、校、街)图书馆网络。我们县图书馆在图书馆网的建设和发展中,当好“龙头”,面向基层,积极辅导,充分发挥图书馆在精神文明建设中的作用,取得可喜的成绩。去年荣获省文化厅授予“文明图书馆”的称号;并被评为县的文明单位,县的职业道德优秀单位。我馆的党支部被评为宣传战线的先进党支部,工会被评为县的先进集体。我馆的做法和体会: 一、争取各级党委的重视支持,努力建设三级四类图书馆网络。过去,由于馆舍狭窄,我们是在十分困难的条件下进行工作。但是我们并没有因此而畏缩不前, Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with the support of the party committees and governments at all levels and the leadership of cultural departments at higher levels, the library industry in our county is flourishing and full of vigor and has achieved three levels (county, town and district) Four types (village, factory, school, street) library network.
