地域辽阔,景色优美,资源丰富,是甘南地区的优势,但偏僻落后,人才匾乏,也是该地区不容回避的现实。为了甘南的民族教育,不少优秀人才奉献着自己的青春年华,心血汗水,甘南州合作藏族中学校长兼党支部书记召玛杰就是其中之一。1991年,合作藏中开始筹建,时任合作一中副教导主任的召玛杰被调任筹建领导小组副组长,具体负责建校工作。为说服群众让出牧场和耕地建校,召玛杰下帐圈、进农舍,耐心讲解兴建藏中的重要性,真是苦口婆心。群众被这位热情、诚恳的青年打动了,终于同意征地,并义务投入不少人、财、物帮助建校。教学大楼破土动工后,召玛杰吃住在工地,严把资金、质量关,节约了大量资金。在紧张的施工过程中,他难睡一个囫囵觉,眼睛里常常布满血丝。 The vast territory, beautiful scenery, rich resources, is the advantage of Gannan region, but remote, lack of plaque talent, but also the reality of the region can not be avoided.
