为进一步强化班组管理、提升班组长素质、激发班组活力,大港油田公司结合班组长的意愿和需求,于2001年成立了采注输班站长协会,之后又逐步借鉴推广,相继成立了井下作业班组长协会和托幼服务班组长协会等,建立完善了相应的组织机构和运作的规章制度,有力推动了基层建设水平的不断提升,成为油田公司班组管理的示范窗口和大港油田基层建设的一个亮点。
