2,6,7-三羟基-9-[4-(8-羟基与喹啉)-偶氮基)苯基]萤光酮,简称-HQA-PF,是一种新显色剂。-HQA-PF在弱酸性介质中,有表面活性剂CPB存在下,与Sb(Ⅱ)形成稳定的三元络合物,其最大波长在562nm处,锑量在0.5~9pg/25ml范围符合比耳定律,求算表观摩尔吸光系数ε'_(562)=2.55×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),用双峰双波长法测定,相应的表观摩尔吸光系数ε'_(562-504)=3.34×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),较单波长法提高约30%。用拟定的实验方法,进行化探样品中痕量锑的测定,结果满意。
