常压固化成型的大锥角重叠缠绕玻璃 /酚醛防热层 ,容易产生在小锥角防热层中不常见的一些缺陷。对大锥角防热层的亚缺陷进行无损检测、烧蚀性能、力学性能及扫描电镜分析 ,分析表明亚缺陷对材料的结构和性能有一定的影响。
Atmospheric pressure curing of the large cone angle overlap winding glass / phenolic heat-resistant layer, prone to small cone angle heat-sensitive layer of some common defects. The non-destructive testing, ablation, mechanical properties and SEM analysis of the sub-defects of the pyrocondensation heat-proof layer show that the sub-defects have a certain influence on the structure and properties of the material.
