我院在1986年5月至1988年8月用乙胺丁醇治疗肺结核时发现中毒的33例中,有4例仅引起两下肢感觉障碍,而不伴视力改变,文献鲜有报道。现报告如下。一般资料本组男3例,女1例。年龄23～41岁。确诊为浸润型肺结核,其中1例伴咯血、1例伴空洞,2例痰(集)找抗酸杆菌(+)。开始用药:3例为异烟肼(lNH)0.4g/d,利福平(RFP)0.6g/d、乙胺丁醇
