Half-life (Half-life time, referred t_ (1/2)) is the most basic and important parameter in pharmacokinetics. It refers to the time it takes for the drug to eliminate half of the amount in the body. Because the vast majority of drugs can be measured plasma concentration, it is generally refers to the plasma drug concentration decreased by 50% of the time. It reflects the rate of drug metabolism in the body, excretion. Antiepileptic drug pharmacokinetics in-depth study for the clinical rational use of drugs provides a scientific basis. At present, antiepileptic drugs are up to more than 20 kinds. The new drugs are still being recommended in the clinic, and the t_ (1/2) of these drugs can provide the basis for clinicians to formulate safe and effective drug treatment programs. / 2) factors, to reduce the blindness of medication, improve science is extremely necessary. Therefore, this article will be based on the list of China’s national essential medicines
