从消费者角度来说,大家首先要有一个概念,保险并非有险必保,也并非有保必赔。并不是所有的事故都可以获得保险公司的赔偿。对消费者而言,理赔难一直是个老大难问题。投保人通常认为,自己购买了保险,只要发生相关意外,保险公司就都会赔偿。但现实生活中,无论是车险、意外险、健康险还是大病险,保险公司拒赔的案例和纠纷都不少。从消费者角度来说,大家首先要有一个概念,保险并非有险必保,也并非有保必赔。并不是所有的事故都可以获得保险公司的赔偿。那么,什么情况下的理赔会被保险公司拒赔?拒赔又到底是如何造成的呢?
From the perspective of consumers, we must first have a concept, insurance is not risk insurance, insurance is not guaranteed. Not all accidents can be compensated by insurance companies. For consumers, claims settlement has always been a chronic problem. The policyholders usually think that if they buy the insurance, the insurance company will pay for the accident. However, in real life, both auto insurance, accident insurance, health insurance or serious illness, insurance companies refused to pay many cases and disputes. From the perspective of consumers, we must first have a concept, insurance is not risk insurance, insurance is not guaranteed. Not all accidents can be compensated by insurance companies. So, under what circumstances claims will be insurance companies refused to pay? Refund in the end is how it caused?
