目的采用X射线衍射法评价朱砂药材和饮片的质量,比较朱砂药材及饮片X衍射图谱的异同,为矿物药朱砂的鉴定和质量研究提供依据。方法 X射线衍射法对11批朱砂药材和5批朱砂饮片进行测试分析,使用Origin7.5软件以及参照国际衍射数据中心朱砂的粉末衍射标准卡片,对比分析图谱间的相似度及异同点。结果朱砂药材和朱砂饮片中均具有与国际衍射数据中心的朱砂粉末衍射标准卡片数据一致的特征峰。朱砂饮片的特征峰较相应药材少,不同批次间的差异较小。不同批号的原料药材之间的差异要比同批号药材与饮片之间的差异大。结论 X射线衍射法可用于朱砂药材及饮片的定性鉴别。炮制过程可以明显减少朱砂药材中的杂质,使朱砂饮片的质量趋同。由于受伴生矿产的影响,不同矿种、产地的朱砂药材质量有所差异。
Objective To evaluate the quality of cinnabar herbs and Pieces by X-ray diffraction, and to compare the similarities and differences of X-ray diffraction patterns of medicinal herbs and Pieces of cinnabar, so as to provide evidence for the identification and quality study of mineral cinnabar. Methods X-ray diffraction method was used to test 11 cinnabar herbs and 5 batches of cinnabar slices. Origin7.5 software was used to analyze the similarities and differences between the cedar samples and the reference standards of Cinnabar powder diffraction standard cards of International Center for Diffraction Data. Results All the cinnabar herbs and cinnabar tablets had the same characteristic peaks as the cinnabar powder diffraction standard card data of the International Center for Diffraction Data. The characteristic peaks of the cinnabar pieces are less than the corresponding herbs, with little difference between different batches. Differences between different batches of raw herbs than the same batch of herbs and Pieces of the difference between the large. Conclusion X-ray diffraction method can be used for qualitative identification of medicinal herbs and Pieces. Curing process can significantly reduce the impurities in cinnabar medicine, so that the quality of cinnabar pieces converge. Due to the influence of the associated minerals, the quality of the cinnabar medicinal materials of different mines and producing areas are different.
