不文明行为是指通过言语或非言语行为对他人实施的低强度、目标模糊的负面行为,在其对员工离职意愿的影响机制研究中忽视了情绪及组织支持的作用。根据情感事件理论及资源保存理论,探讨同事不文明行为对员工离职意愿的影响机制,其结果表明:消极情绪是同事不文明行为对员工离职意愿影响的部分中介变量,组织支持感对同事不文明行为与员工消极情绪之间的关系具有调节作用。
Uncivilized behavior refers to the low-intensity and ambiguous negative behaviors that are applied to others through verbal or nonverbal behaviors. It neglects the role of emotion and organizational support in the study of the mechanism of its impact on employee turnover intention. Based on the theory of emotional events and the theory of resource conservation, the paper explores the influence mechanism of uncivilized behavior on employees’ willingness to resign. The results show that negative emotions are part of the mediating variables of the uncivilized behavior of employees, and the organizational sense of support is not civilized to colleagues The relationship between behavior and employee negative emotions has a regulatory role.
