1 国内外大型工程发展概况 到2000年,人类对空间的利用将进入一个新的发展时期。工商业的发展,人口的增长和土地面积限制,人类将依靠近代的科学技术向地球争取空间:扩展地表向高空发展;向深层地下空间开发;向海洋筑造海上空间等等。 1.1 超高层建筑 发达国家把高层建筑视为展示本国技术和经济实力的一种标志。目前已建成的最高建筑是美国芝加哥的希尔斯大厦,高度为443米。现美国和日本又计划建造高度为700米至800米的塔楼,试图做出更令人震惊的世界奇观。我国城市人口密集,建设用地紧张,人口密度比发达国家高4—8倍,人均建设用地只有发达国家大城市的1/4—1/5。又由于
1 Overview of the development of large-scale projects at home and abroad By the year 2000, human use of space will enter a new period of development. With the development of industry and commerce, population growth and land area restrictions, mankind will rely on modern science and technology to fight for space on the earth: expanding surface to high altitude; developing to deep underground space; building marine space to the sea and so on. 1.1 Super High-Rise Buildings Developed countries view high-rise buildings as a sign of their country’s technical and economic strength. The tallest building that has been built is the Hills Tower in Chicago, USA, with a height of 443 meters. Now the United States and Japan plan to build towers 700 meters to 800 meters in height in an attempt to make even more shocking world wonders. China’s urban population is dense and the land for construction is tense. The population density is 4 to 8 times higher than that of developed countries, and the per capita construction land is only 1/4 to 1/5 of the developed cities. And because of
