三、训练幼儿独立解决交往冲突中的难题帮助幼儿学习解决同伴之间发生的冲突,不是几项活动、几次训练就能奏效的。除了上述教育实践活动外,我们采取了“观察学习”和“社会情境演示”两项比较有效的训练办法。(一)观察学习美国心理学家班杜拉用实验证实,学前儿童可以通过观察楷模进行社会学习。根据这一理论,我们在琼·柏特森教授的指导下,在两个实验班进行了以动物木偶为楷模、以同伴交往为主题的教育活动。我们编制了19个木偶表演剧,选择的角色是幼儿十分喜爱的小动物——熊猫、小狗、猴子、小羊等,由实验班幼儿为它们取名。木偶表演每周两次,每次时间5分钟左右。木偶表演一般包括以下5个组成部分:(1)两
