目的比较不同教育模式在医学生中开展预防性病、艾滋病健康教育中的教育效果,以选择最佳的教育方法。方法整群分层随机抽取1~4年级学生48个班,分为主题班会、知识竞赛、播放艾滋病视听材料、专题讲座等4组,分别采取4种教育方法,干预前后分别填写事先统一设计的相同问卷,统计分析有关数据,评价干预效果。结果教育后,大学生对艾滋病基本知识的掌握情况有显著提高,对艾滋病感染者的态度有了明显转变。4种教育方法均取得明显成效(P<0.05)。4种方法比较,主题班会、知识竞赛效果最优,专家讲座其次,影音放映最后;主题班会与知识竞赛差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);主题班会、知识竞赛与专题讲座、影音放映差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4种教育方法的教育效果在男、女生中的排序同上;4种教育方法的教育效果在不同年级中的排序也基本同上。结论4种教育方法均取得明显成效,但主题班会、知识竞赛最优,专家讲座其次,影音放映最后。
Objective To compare the educational effects of different modes of education among medical students on the prevention of STDs and HIV / AIDS health education so as to select the best education method. Methods Four groups of 48 students were randomly divided into four groups: theme classes, knowledge contests, AIDS audiovisual materials, special lectures and so on. Four kinds of education methods were respectively adopted. Before and after the intervention, pre-design was completed The same questionnaire, statistical analysis of the data, evaluate the effect of intervention. Results of education, college students grasp the basic knowledge of AIDS has significantly improved the attitude of people living with HIV has been significantly changed. Four kinds of education methods have achieved remarkable results (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the theme classes and the knowledge contest (P> 0.05); the theme classes, knowledge contests and special lectures, the audio and video screening differences There was statistical significance (P <0.05). The educational effects of the four educational methods are listed above in the order of male and female students. The educational effects of the four educational methods are also basically the same as those in different grades. Conclusion All four kinds of education methods have achieved remarkable results, but the theme classes, knowledge contests are the best, followed by lectures by experts, and finally video and audio.
