体内主要分泌I型干扰素的细胞之一为p DC(plasmacytoid dendritic cells)。
Type I interferons are the key to mediating antiviral immune responses. One of the cells secreting type I interferon in vivo is pDC (plasmacytoid dendritic cells). Under normal circumstances, the key to distinguish p DC is the surface of some CD molecules (CD11c int, B220 +, m PDCA-1 +, CD11b-), but these molecules represent more than one cell group. Functionally differentiating between different classes of p DC is through CD9 as well as CCR7. In bone marrow, pDC of CCR9-CD9 + is able to express after TLR-9 activation
