一、前言鉴于我厂近来18时连轧机六架传动部件设备事故日趋频繁,本计算试图从轧制基础理论出发,推导出适于我厂生产特点的反映出拉钢百分率与轧制力矩之间的内在联系的计算公式,以便从中寻求较为合理的操作方法和可行的技术措施。整个推导过程是在下述前提下进行的: 1.在轧制变形区内,略去粘着区,假定只存在前滑区和后滑区; 2.假定在变形区内不发生宽展变形;
