In August 1996, I had served as a teacher for 14 years in primary and secondary schools. I bid farewell to the teaching frontline and transferred to the Institute of Education and Science in Gansu Province. I became a teacher of teachers. Time flies, in the years of teaching, a blink of an eye has passed 18 years. And I also from the beginning of a new teaching and research thirty people, has become known as the fate of the old teacher.
