本文研究了日光温室栽培蔬菜条件下土壤微生物和酶活性的变化,结果表明:日光温室土壤与露地旱田土壤相比,氨化细菌、硝化细菌和反硝化细菌的数量分别增加了1.07~2.28倍、50.47~68.79倍和4.33~9.32倍;真菌表现为腐霉数量增加,木霉数量降低;放线菌数量均表现为随温室使用年限增加而降低;脲酶和中性磷酸酶活性增强,而过氧化氢酶活性变化不明显.
The results showed that the amount of ammonifying bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria increased by 1.07 ~ 2 respectively in sunlight greenhouse soil compared with open field soil, .28 times, 50.47 ~ 68.79 times and 4.33 ~ 9.32 times; fungi showed an increase in the number of Pythium, Trichoderma reduced; actinomycetes number showed with the increase of service life of the greenhouse decreased; Urease and neutral phosphatase activities increased, while catalase activity was not significantly changed.
