三环减速器是为适应机械工程发展需要、在综合分析已有的平行轴少齿差减速器技术发展趋势的基础上开发的一种新型传动装置。内齿环板是三环减速器的关键传动零件,在该传动机构中实质是一连杆,承受一定的冲击;又是一内齿轮,是一计算分析比较复杂的零件。其强度性能直接影响整机的运动和动态性能。借助于I-DEAS软件对该内齿环板的应力和变形进行了数值计算,在深入分析的基础上,提出了相应的设计准则和结构改进措施。
Tricyclic reducer is a new type of transmission developed on the basis of synthetically analyzing the development trend of existing parallel shaft and small tooth difference reducer to meet the needs of mechanical engineering development. Internal gear ring plate is a key reducer transmission components, the transmission mechanism is essentially a connecting rod, to withstand some impact; but also an internal gear, is a calculation and analysis of more complex parts. Its intensity performance directly affects the whole machine’s movement and dynamic performance. With I-DEAS software, the stress and deformation of the internal gear ring plate are numerically calculated. On the basis of further analysis, corresponding design criteria and structural improvement measures are put forward.
