为了研究冲压成形过程动力显式有限元分析中惯性效应对板材变形的影响,针对模具几何约束较少的曲面压边圈夹紧阶段建立了一个力学模型,采用能量法对该模型进行了分析,探讨了决定惯性效应对板材变形影响程度的主要因素,提出了合理选择模具运动速度的方法。通过数值计算对力学模型分析结果进行了验证。
In order to study the effect of inertia on plate deformation in dynamic explicit FEM analysis of stamping process, a mechanical model was established for the clamping stage of the surface blank holder with less geometric constraints on die. The model was analyzed by energy method. The main factors that determine the influence of inertia on the deformation of the slab are discussed. A method to select the mold velocity is proposed. The results of mechanical model analysis are verified by numerical calculation.
