桥梁是公路工程中一个比较复杂而重要的组成部分。为了有效地节约材料,降低工程造价和加速完成公路的修建任务,必须根据我国的具体情况有步骤的采用装配式结构。装配式钢筋混凝土公路桥是以高强度钢料(尢-5号螺纹钢筋)和高标号混凝土配合使用的,它可以减少构件断面尺寸。它与现场整体浇筑的钢筋混凝土桥相比,能节省很多用料。装配式钢筋混凝土桥可在专设的工厂或工地预制场制造,不受气候和洪水影响。桥位现场不设支架和模板,能节省大批木料,并可避免现场的混凝土养生工作,减少了施工的繁重性。同时由于生产过程的工厂化,许多工序都可以使用机械,从而节省劳动力缩短工期,并提高成品质量。因此,是一种先进的结构型式。
