盾构法施工是地铁隧道施工中应用最广泛、施工速度最快的方法。该方法的关键是针对相应的地层情况选择合理的盾构施工参数以及工艺,否则会造成施工速度较慢、隧道轴线偏离设计要求较大、地面沉陷或隆起、隧道内渗漏水等质量事故或安全事故的发生。本文就天津地铁隧道盾构法施工初始掘进阶段的重点施工参数进行了理论计算和工艺介绍,并详细介绍了同步注浆以及二次注浆的施工工艺和参数,最后通过工程的顺利完成验证了施工参数计算和选择的正确性与合理性,为今后地铁隧道盾构法施工提供了理论依据和经验参数。
Shield construction is the most widely used method of subway tunnel construction, the fastest construction method.
