用15个云南栽培稻与元江、景洪普通野生稻杂交,对20个组合的F2代分离群体的性状频率分布多态性进行了研究,结果表明:(1)元江普通野生稻比景洪普通野生稻更为原始和保守,F2代呈现显性基因频率较高;(2)云南优异稻种资源及其籼粳分化中存在较复杂的基因多样性;(3)云南稻作育种骨干亲本及其改良品系是改良云南普通野生稻株型差的良好亲本,利用元江普通野生稻作亲本可望获得遗传基础较宽的群体。
Fifteen Yunnan cultivars were crossed with Yuanjiang and Jinghong common wild rice to study the frequency distribution polymorphic traits of 20 F2 populations. The results showed that: (1) Yuanjiang common wild rice than Jinghong ordinary Wild rice was more primitive and conservative, and F2 generation showed more dominant genes; (2) There were more complicated genetic diversity in the superior rice resources in Yunnan and their indica-japonica differentiation; (3) The improved strain is a good parent to improve the plant type of common wild rice in Yunnan Province. It is expected to obtain a wider genetic base using Yuanjiang common wild rice as the parent.
