本文根据弹性理论,利用轧辊之间的位移协调条件,借助于矩阵代数方法,求得了廿辊轧机辊间压力分布、两工作辊的直接接触压力分布、各辊轴心位移、工作辊表面的弹性压扁变形及以工作辊出口辊缝值为度量的板厚分布。考虑到廿辊轧机的特点及各辊形变化对板形的影响,在公式中引入了间隙向量。对板厚分布进行的实测表明,实测值与理论计算结果基本一致。
In this paper, the pressure distribution between two rolls of a 20-high mill, the contact pressure distribution of the two work rolls, the axial displacement of each roll, the elasticity of the surface of the work roll are obtained by using the matrix algebraic method based on the elastic theory and the displacement coordination between rolls. Flattening and thickness distribution measured by roll roll exit roll gap. Taking into account the characteristics of the 20-high mill and the influence of each roll shape on the plate shape, a clearance vector is introduced into the formula. The measured thickness distribution shows that the measured value and the theoretical calculation results are basically the same.
