任何压缩机在进行检修时,对吸、排气阀检查和修理是重要的项目之一。因为吸、排气阀密封差,影响着吸、排气量,从而影响着压缩机的工作效率。对氨压缩机来说直接影响着每小时的产冷量,因此,如果吸、排气有泄漏现象,应及时修复。各类压缩机吸排气结构各异,当然修复方法视结构而有所不同。目前全国多数企业使用12.5系列氨压缩机,现就以此为例,对吸、排气阀的修理方法分述如下:
