有关药物引起绦虫形态学变化的资料较少,本文研究了吡喹酮对体外短膜壳绦虫超微结构的影响。实验用CF_1/W74雄性小白鼠40只。每鼠感染短膜壳绦虫卵70个,15天后由肠管内分离出妊娠绦虫,用生理盐水洗涤后,放在每毫升含吡喹酮0、1、10及100μg的培养基内,在37℃孵箱内孵育5、15、30或60分钟。按上述时间取出绦虫作扫描、透射电镜及光学显微镜的标本及切片。分别用金喷涂绦虫标本后置于Leitz-AMR1000型扫描电
