用结肠癌细胞系Ls_(174)t免疫BALB/c小鼠,获得的两株单克隆抗体CL-3及CL-4,分属于IgG2a及IgM。用免疫组化SABC方法对石蜡包埋组织切片检测,CL-3在大肠癌的表达率为88.9%,在胰腺癌及胃癌的表达率为100%及91.6%。此外在食道癌、肺癌及膀胱癌亦有表达(66.6~72.7%)。而在正常组织,大肠表达29.6%,肺支气管粘液腺66%,其他皆为阴性。CL-4在大肠癌、胰腺及胃癌的表达率分别为88.9%,75%及69.2%。此外,在食道癌及
BALB/c mice were immunized with the colon cancer cell line Ls_(174)t. Two monoclonal antibodies CL-3 and CL-4 were obtained, belonging to IgG2a and IgM. Paraffin-embedded tissue sections were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. The expression rate of CL-3 in colorectal cancer was 88.9%. The expression rate of CL-3 in pancreatic cancer and gastric cancer was 100% and 91.6%. In addition, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, and bladder cancer were also expressed (66.6 to 72.7%). In normal tissues, 29.6% in the large intestine and 66% in the lung bronchial mucinous glands. All were negative.
