《英语新课程标准》把“激发和培养学生学习兴趣,树立学生自信心,养成良好学习习惯和策略”放在首位,明确指出教学活动应延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活中,而作业正是学生检验学习成果的有效手段。对于小学生来说,如果做英语作业不仅是完成作业,更能使他们从新颖、有趣的作业中体会到学习英语的乐趣,才能体现作业的真正价值。本研究通过对四师66团第一中学五年级(1)、(2),六年级(1)、(2)班学生为对象,运用问卷调查法,对小学生英语作业的现状及小学英语作业设计的原则和形式进行研究。根据调查发现,传统的英语作业“背——抄——练”的机械模式,对学生能力的发展没有起到辅助作用。本研究旨在对小学英语作业多元化设计提出改善意见,这对提高教师个人教学能力、发展教育事业有重要意义。
“New English Curriculum Standards” put “motivating and cultivating students ’interest, establishing students’ self-confidence and cultivating good study habits and strategies ” in the first place, making it clear that teaching activities should be extended to study and life outside the classroom, Homework is just an effective way for students to test their learning outcomes. For primary school students, if they do not only complete homework, but also enable them to experience the fun of learning English from new and interesting homework in order to reflect the true value of homework. In this study, we investigated the status of pupils’ English assignments and primary English assignments by using questionnaire survey on the fifth grade (1), (2), sixth grade (1) and (2) Design principles and forms of research. According to the survey, the traditional mechanical mode of English operation “back-copy-practice” did not play an auxiliary role in the development of students’ abilities. The purpose of this study is to improve the design of English homework assignments, which is of great significance to improving teachers’ individual teaching ability and developing education.
