本文对抗熔丝型FPGA的常数可测矢量集(CTVS)的生成和可测性设计作了一定程度的研究。结果表明,任意FPGA模块的测试矢量集可以划分为若干个对应不同模块连接的常数可测矢量集,因而可以用常数个矢量测试整个FPGA阵列。文章给出了从单个模块的矢量集生成常数可测矢量集的方法。另外文中提出一种设计FPGA模块的方法,用该方法设计的模块阵列可以在附加每个模块一个传输门的条件下常数可测。文中的例子说明了CTVS的生成方法和新的模块设计方法。
In this paper, a certain degree of research has been done on the generation and design of the measurable constants of constant-measurable vector set (CTVS) for fuse-type FPGAs. The results show that the test vector set of any FPGA module can be divided into a number of constant measurable vector sets corresponding to the connection of different modules so that the entire FPGA array can be tested with a constant vector. The article gives a method of generating a constant measurable vector set from the vector set of a single module. In addition, a method of designing an FPGA module is proposed in the paper. The module array designed by the method can be constant and measured under the condition that one transmission gate of each module is added. The examples in this article illustrate the generation of CTVS and the new design method of the module.
