以水热合成的Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12(BNdT)纳米颗粒为原料,用熔盐法合成了BNdT微米薄片,用X射线衍射和透射电镜研究了微米薄片的显微结构,讨论了片状结构的生长机理,并分析了微米薄片的紫外-可见光吸收性能。结果表明:合成的微米薄片是单晶的层状钙钛矿型结构,横向尺寸为0.2~2.0μm,光学带隙为3.12 e V;随反应温度的升高和反应时间的延长,BNdT微米片横向尺寸逐渐增大;随熔盐含量增加,晶粒尺寸几乎无变化;BNdT晶体结构的大各向异性使其容易形成片状结构。
The BNdT micro-flake was synthesized by hydrothermal method from the Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12 (BNdT) nano-particles hydrothermally synthesized. The microstructure of the micro-flake was studied by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Growth mechanism, and analyzed the UV-visible light absorption properties of microflakes. The results show that the synthesized micro-sheet is a single-crystal layered perovskite structure with a lateral size of 0.2-2.0 μm and an optical band gap of 3.12 eV. With the increase of reaction temperature and reaction time, the BNdT micro- As the content of molten salt increases, the grain size almost does not change. The large anisotropy of BNdT crystal structure makes it easy to form flaky structure.
