经炉前孕育处理后的铁水浇注成的白口铸件在共析转变温度(760℃)以下退火,再经20—30小时保温,可获完全铁素体基体的可锻铸铁。研究实现了可锻铸铁生产中在共析温度以下一个阶段完全铁素体化的目标,突破了必须经高、低温两阶段退火的传统观念和做法,铸件机械性能可达国家标准。该工艺较之传统工艺可以降低能耗25%;铸件变形、氧化、白边等缺陷明显减少;过烧消除;退火箱损耗降低;铸件切削加工性能明显改善;车间勿需增加任何设备及投资即可实现该工艺。
