Patients have habitual drug addiction, at the age of 26 had a left hernia repair in a hospital. During the hospitalization was diagnosed with left edemasis and had intravenous pyelography. Two kidneys normal. About six months before the recent admission, the left upper abdomen had been stabbed for laparotomy and found that the spleen was ruptured for splenectomy without urinalysis.
