对河南义马的褐煤煤样,开展了5、10、20 g用量水平及75 kg用量水平生物气化实验,结果表明,微生物可以利用褐煤产生甲烷,5、10和20 g煤粉的产生甲烷效率分别为765、686、521μmol/g,75 kg煤块的产甲烷效率为7.77μmol/g。产气效率随煤用量的增加而降低。块煤暴露在外的表面积少,能够被微生物作用的部分少,产气效率的降低尤其明显,说明提高产甲烷量不能单纯靠提高煤的用量,而应该增加微生物与煤直接接触的面积,相关技术还有待研究。
