目的探讨百合安眠汤的镇静、催眠、镇痛效果。方法运用光电管法评价百合安眠汤对小鼠自发活动的影响;应用戊巴比妥钠诱发小鼠入睡的方法,探讨百合安眠汤的催眠作用;采用热板法及醋酸扭体法观察百合安眠汤的镇痛作用。结果0.25 g/kg、0.50 g/kg、1.00 g/kg的百合安眠汤均能明显减少小鼠自发活动次数,高、中剂量的百合安眠汤均能增强戊巴比妥钠对自主活动的兴奋作用,1.00 g/kg的百合安眠汤可明显延长戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间,且与10 ml/kg安神补脑液效果相当;1.00 g/kg及0.50 g/kg的百合安眠汤具有较强的镇痛效果。结论百合安眠汤具有明显的镇静、催眠、镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of sedative, hypnotic and analgesic effects of Lie Anmian Decoction. Methods Photoelectricity method was used to evaluate the effect of Lie-Nan-Tang Decoction on spontaneous activity of mice; Pentobarbital was used to induce mice to fall asleep and the hypnotic effect of Li-Lian-An-Ting Decoction was explored. Hot plate method and acetic acid-wrestling method were used to observe lily sleep. The analgesic effect of the soup. Results The 0.25 g/kg, 0.50 g/kg, and 1.00 g/kg Lie An Mian Decoction all significantly reduced the number of spontaneous locomotor activities in mice. High- and medium-dose Lily-Nan-Men Decoction enhanced the activity of pentobarbital sodium for spontaneous activity. The effect was that 1.00 g/kg Lily Anmian Decoction significantly prolonged the sleep time of pentobarbital sodium, and was equivalent to 10 ml/kg Anshen Bunao; the 1.00 g/kg and 0.50 g/kg Lily Anshao Decoction had a Strong pain relief effect. Conclusion Lily Anmian Decoction has obvious sedative, hypnotic and analgesic effects.
