目的 :评价学生母亲和教师的口腔健康知识和行为 ,为制定和评价学校口腔健康教育计划提供基线资料。方法 :对湖北省宜昌市西陵区 15所小学一年级 135 6名学生母亲和 2 15名教师进行问卷调查和分析。结果 :教师的口腔知识水平高于学生母亲。母亲主要通过电视 (6 2 4 % )和书本 (5 1 5 % )获得口腔健康知识 ,而教师可以通过各种途径 ,包括从牙医 (75 3% )获得口腔健康知识。绝大多数母亲 (94 0 % )没有每天帮助儿童刷牙。仅有 18 9%的母亲过去一年内去医院检查或治疗过牙齿。结论 :提示应加强学生母亲和教师的口腔健康教育 ,以促进学校口腔健康教育的开展
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate oral health knowledge and behaviors of mothers and teachers of students and to provide baseline information for formulating and evaluating school oral health education programs. Methods: A total of 135 6 mothers and 215 teachers from the first grade of 15 primary schools in Xiling District, Yichang City, Hubei Province were surveyed and analyzed. Results: Teachers' oral knowledge is higher than that of their mother. Mother acquired oral health knowledge mainly through television (62.4%) and books (51.5%), while teachers gained oral health knowledge through a variety of channels, including dentists (75.3%). The vast majority of mothers (94 0%) did not help children brush their teeth everyday. Only 18.9% of mothers visited the hospital in the past year to examine or treat their teeth. Conclusion: It is suggested that oral health education should be strengthened for mothers and teachers of students in order to promote oral health education in schools
