婴儿纤维性错构瘤是一仅发生于婴儿少见的肿物,近三年来我院病理科共见2例,报告如下:例1 男,1(1/2)岁。出生后即发现右腋下有一小肿物如黄豆大小,后渐增大。外科检查:右腋下可角及一直径约2cm 肿物,质硬,活动,表面皮肤不光滑多突起。于1981年10月21日行肿物切除术,术中见肿物位于皮下。病理检查:标本呈卵圆形,体积2.8×1.8×1.5cm,表面不光滑呈结节状,周围附有脂肪组织。切面未见明显包膜,实性,灰白色其间杂有斑 Infantile fibrous hamartoma is a rare tumor occurred in infants, nearly three years in our hospital pathology common seen in 2 cases, the report is as follows: 1 male, 1 (1/2) years old.
