随着文化体制改革的深入与推进,我国传媒正经历着深刻的体制变革——转企改制。传媒转企改制的目的就是要重塑具有强大竞争力的市场主体,建立科学规范的现代企业制度,使非喉舌类经营性文化产业最终完成由事业体制向企业体制的转变。这种转变是一个系统而复杂的变革过程,矛盾和冲突在所难免。能否对组织冲突进行及时有效的管理,将直接影响到传媒产业的发展,影响到文化体制改革的顺利进行。组织冲突包含组织外部冲突与组织内部冲突。本文重点考察变革过程中传媒的组织内部冲突,分析其产生原因,提出解决方法。
With the deepening and promotion of the reform of the cultural system, the media in our country is experiencing profound institutional changes - the restructuring of enterprises. The purpose of media restructuring is to reshape the highly competitive market players and establish a scientific and standardized modern enterprise system so that the non-mouthpiece business culture industry will eventually complete its transformation from a career system to an enterprise system. This transformation is a systematic and complex process of change. Contradictions and conflicts are inevitable. Whether the timely and effective management of organizational conflicts will directly affect the development of the media industry will affect the smooth progress of the reform of the cultural system. Organizational conflicts include organizational external conflicts and internal organizational conflicts. This article focuses on investigating the internal conflicts within the media in the process of change, analyzes its causes and proposes solutions.
