目的了解贺州市市售食品食源性致病菌的污染状况。方法依照《2013年食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》检验方法和国家标准方法对样品分别进行菌落总数、大肠菌群计数及沙门菌、志贺菌、大肠埃希菌O157、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、阪崎肠杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌检测分离、鉴定。结果监测14类共计313件食品,检出致病菌47株,总检出率为15.02%。其中沙门菌检出2株,金黄色葡萄球菌检出7株,单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检出1株,腊样芽孢杆菌检出35株,铜绿假单胞菌检出2株。结论贺州市食品存在食源性致病菌污染,对此应引起重视。
Objective To understand the contamination of food-borne pathogens in Hezhou city. Methods The total number of colonies, coliform counts, and Salmonella, Shigella, Escherichia coli O157, monocyte proliferation were determined in accordance with the “2013 Handbook on the Risk of Food Contamination and Harmful Diseases” test methods and national standards Listeria, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter sakazakii, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection separation and identification. Results A total of 313 foods were detected in 14 categories and 47 pathogens were detected, with a total detection rate of 15.02%. Among them, 2 strains were detected by Salmonella, 7 by Staphylococcus aureus, 1 by Listeria monocytogenes, 35 by Bacillus cereus and 2 by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion There is food-borne pathogens contamination in food in Hezhou City, which should be paid more attention to.
