为使二级干线公路限速区的限速取值有据可依,在合理限速所需满足几点假设条件的基础上,选取符合条件的路段采集其交通流、道路、环境特征等相关参数。针对不同路段类型速度样本存在显著差异的情况,构建路段类型虚拟变量,考查其对限速值的影响。分别采用多元线性回归与线性Panel Data回归方法建立二级干线公路限速区的限速取值模型。对这2种限速取值方法从统计指标、限速影响因素等方面进行对比,得出多元线性回归优于Panel Data回归模型,并应用实例对多元线性回归模型的有效性进行了验证。研究结果表明:二级干线公路限速区限速取值的主要影响因素有运行速度、地形、路基宽、出入口密度、大型车比例、是否处于小半径弯坡段等,其中运行速度对限速区限速取值的影响程度最大;研究成果量化了各因素对二级干线公路限速区限速取值的影响程度,为解决速度限制相关问题提供了一种新的尝试。
In order to make the speed limit value of the second-level arterial highway limited area well documented, on the basis of several assumptions needed to meet the reasonable speed limit, the relevant sections of traffic flow, road and environment are selected parameter. According to the fact that there are significant differences between the speed samples of different types of road sections, the virtual variable of the road type is constructed and its influence on the speed limit value is examined. The multiple linear regression and linear Panel Data regression method were used to establish the speed limit value model of the second-level trunk line speed limit zone. The comparison of these two kinds of speed limit value methods from the statistical index and the influencing factors of speed limit shows that Multivariate linear regression is superior to Panel Data regression model and the validity of Multivariate linear regression model is validated with examples. The results show that the main factors affecting the speed limit of the second-level trunk line are speed, topography, width of roadbed, density of entrances and exits, ratio of large vehicles, whether the vehicle is in a small radius and curved section, The results of the research quantify the influence of each factor on the speed limit value of the second-level arterial highway, and provide a new attempt to solve the speed restriction related problems.
