氨基甙类抗生素和半合成青霉素合并用药可扩增抗菌谱,对革兰氏阴性细菌具有协同作用;同时也观察到许多青霉素在体外可使氮基甙类抗生素失活。本文报道,苯唑青霉素和乙氧萘青霉素与妥布霉素混合于血清后的结果。临床上羧苄青霉素所能达到的浓度能使妥布霉素失活的作用已被证实,故本组合并用药是供实验灵敏度和准确度对照用。以血清配制仅含10 μg/ml 的妥布霉
