通过金相理论和硬度理论,建立了实验试件的模形,对裁断模具刃口材料与基体材料的冶金结合效果及模具刃口的表面实际硬度进行了实验研究。焊丝的金相组织以马氏体为主,焊丝与基材的过渡区域组织均匀。焊接试件的表面硬度值在44~61HRC之间,符合裁断要求。结果表明,提出的裁断刃口制造工艺完全满足非金属材料裁断的需求。
Through the metallographic theory and hardness theory, the die shape of the experimental specimen was established, and the metallurgical bonding effect between the cutting edge material and the matrix material and the actual hardness of the die edge were experimentally studied. The microstructure of the welding wire is mainly martensite, and the transition area between welding wire and substrate is even. The surface hardness of welded specimens is between 44 ~ 61HRC, which meets the cutting requirements. The results show that the proposed cutting edge manufacturing process completely meet the needs of non-metallic materials cutting.
