为了落实毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”和“广积粮”的战略方针,广大保粮职工,近年来创造了化学、氮气和密闭等科学保粮方法,解决了以往大米不能过夏的老大难。但这些保粮技术还不能最后解决大米粘性减退问题,有的大米还有酒精味,化学的方法不利于防止粮食污染。因此,为了进一步确保储粮的品质和卫生,需要开辟新的保粮途径,以更好地为工农业生产服务,为人民生活服务,为巩固无产阶级专政服务。
