研究目的:根据琼州海峡铁路轮渡系统前期研究、设计、建设和运行中有关资料,从系统角度回顾及归纳当时的总体设计思路,探索海上铁路轮渡系统总体设计理念中的有关规律。研究方法:海上铁路轮渡是外部边界和内部组成都比较复杂的系统。根据需要,复杂系统的研究方法各不相同。本文按照系统方法研究琼州海峡铁路轮渡系统当时的总体设计理念。研究结果:琼州海峡铁路轮渡系统的总体设计理念集成了铁路、港口、渡船等各方面的要求,实现了预期的铁路轮渡功能,从设计、建造、运行的经历来看,当时的总体设计理念是成功的。研究结论:铁路轮渡不可能被桥隧工程完全取代,还有很大的空间。应给以铁路轮渡足够的重视,制定相应规范,研究关键问题,培养必要人才,形成成套技术,使之成为我国铁路技术体系的组成部分。
The purpose of this study is to review and summarize the general design ideas from the perspective of the system and to explore the relevant laws in the overall design concept of ferry system for maritime railways based on the relevant data from the previous research, design, construction and operation of the Qiongzhou Strait railway ferry system. Research Methods: Maritime rail ferries are relatively complicated systems with both external boundaries and internal components. Research methods for complex systems vary according to the needs. In this paper, according to the systematic method to study Qiongzhou Strait railway ferry system was the overall design concept. The overall design concept of Qiongzhou Strait railway ferry system integrated the requirements of railways, ports, ferries and so on, and realized the expected railway ferry function. From the experience of design, construction and operation, the overall design philosophy of the time was successful. Research conclusions: The railway ferry can not be completely replaced by the bridge and tunnel project, there is still a lot of space. Railway ferries should be given sufficient attention, and corresponding norms should be drawn up, key issues should be studied, personnel needed should be trained, and complete sets of technologies should be formed to make them an integral part of China’s railway technology system.
