条子泥蓄淡水库修建在粉砂地基上,该场地土层厚度大、密实性差、强度较低、渗透性较强,针对库床地基土较强渗透性造成的盐侵、渗漏和库床突涌等工程问题,提出在水库防渗体下设置减压网系统的地基处理新技术,即直接在水库防渗层下水平铺设集水管网络并通过抽排设备实现降低库床扬压力的目的;同时采用一维管单元与三维实体单元联合计算的方法解决复合渗流场问题。算例分析结果表明,当出现高潮位、检修极端工况时,通过该设备的运作成功降低了集水管网水头,基本满足减小库床水压的要求,达到防渗减压的目的,为沿海滩涂匡围工程提供了参考。
