The central areas of Poland are dryer， while the south is wetter. The winters are generally cold with snow in the mountains and the eastern areas.Summers can be hot with rain and storms. During spring and autumn， there are nice temperatures and beautiful sunshine，therefore， these are the best times to visit the country.
Warsaw， the capital， has one of the most beautiful streets in Europe， the Royal Route， which has lots of museums and palaces. The Old City was rebuilt after World War II and it is really worth a visit. In addition， you will find many shows to enjoy and things to see.Many European capitals are connected by air to Warsaw.
Krakow， the former capital， will attract you with its different styles of buildings and museums.Gdansk in the north is a little like Amsterdam. It is the largest port city in the country and it has many pretty streets.The Neptune Fountain and the Notre Dame Church will make you want to go back again and again.
In the south， you will discover the Tatra Mountains with their snowy tops. There are many chances for hiking in this area.
To travel within the country， train and bus services provide convenience and efficiency.
