探讨学科带头人后备人才选拔培养的方法与成效,促进学科可持续发展。严格选拔标准,规范选拔程序,明确培养目标,拓宽培养途径。通过培养,48位后备人才取得了长足进步与收获,促进了学科建设工作,但在选拔方法,考核机制方面仍有待完善。科学合理的选拔培养学科带头人后备人才,可以促进医院学科建设的可持续发展。
To explore the method and effect of selecting and cultivating the reserve talents of discipline leaders and to promote the sustainable development of the discipline. Strict selection of standards, standardize the selection process, a clear training objectives and broaden the training methods. Through training, 48 reserve personnel have made great progress and harvest, and promoted the discipline construction work, but there is still room for improvement in selection methods and assessment mechanisms. Scientifically and reasonably selecting and cultivating reserve leaders of discipline leaders can promote the sustainable development of discipline construction in hospitals.
